From Strength to Strength

Within a few months I found myself being catapulted into solo work then onto local TV and Radio.
BBC Radio Merseyside's Billy Butler gave me a chance to appear on his radio show then on his popular Cable TV show "Billy and Wally's Big Night Out", appearing on a regular basis gave me the chance to be seen and heard by thousands of viewers. I proceeded to appear on several variety shows at venues and theatres across Merseyside.

It was very rewarding for me when I was asked to perform at a prestigious fund raising event for the national cancer charity The Roy Castle Foundation, and subsequently for childrens charity The Variety Club of Great Britain appearing in London at a star studded event with Sir Cliff Richard.

Since going solo I have been lucky to work with such people as The Drifters, Jimmy James, Edwin Starr and The Real Thing to name but a few. A highlight of my career came when I was asked to support The Platters in my hometown at the Liverpool Empire Theatre. Subsequently I went onto appear at the Southport Theatre with the Barry White Show and the Love Unlimited Band. More recently I have been involved with the Marina Dalglish Appeal performing in Marbella, Spain.
I pride myself on a quality performance coupled with a great choice of songs to provide what I believe to be a great combination. I always say "To follow your dream is to live" I hope to continue to do so....
